Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your official Niall Horan merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
